Hy-Vee Arena Schedule & Bus Information

To help make transportation easier during the tournament, shuttle buses will be available to transport student-athletes between the official tournament hotels and the arena throughout the event. Check your court assignment in AES for teams competing at the Hy-Vee location. If your assigned court is ‘HYVEE CT 1–12,’ your team will be playing at the Hy-Vee venue.

Bus Schedule:

Thursday and Friday – April 2-3, 2026
Shuttle Service 
• 6:30 AM – 9:00 AM
• 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
• 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Saturday – April 4, 2026
Shuttle Service 
• 6:30 AM – 9:00 AM
• 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM

Shuttles hold 56 people and will run continuously during the time windows listed above and will take around 20 minutes before returning. Please be sure to arrive at the pickup location early and allow adequate travel time so that you do not miss your scheduled matches.

We strongly encourage teams to plan ahead and factor transportation time into your tournament schedule.
