  • Downtown (within 1 mile)

    • Average: $214

    • Median: $219

    • High/Low: $259/$179

  • Other (primarily with light rail access)

    • Average: $198

    • Median: $186

    • High/Low: $309/$129

  • NOTE: Teams should NOT budget based on lowest possible room rate, but average/median rates should give a reasonable idea of where room rates are falling for the 2025 Championships.
