  • Downtown (within 1 mile)

    • Average: $225

    • Median: $229

    • High/Low: $309/$194

  • Other (primarily with light rail access)

    • Average: $193

    • Median: $184

    • High/Low: $239/$159

  • NOTE: Teams should NOT budget based on lowest possible room rate, but average/median rates should give a reasonable idea of where room rates are falling for the 2026 Championships.
