NCVF Women's Tournaments & EVENTS

The NCVF classifies events according to the NCVF Event Classification Guidelines. NCVF women’s events include tournaments, play dates, round-robins, and stand-alone or grouped matches among NCVF recognized teams.

NCVF registered women’s teams and NCVF Recognized Leagues may have their events classified and posted on the NCVF website by logging in to their NCVF account, selecting the “Tournament Menu” link, and completing the posting information and classification questionnaire.

NCVF registered teams should also visit the NCVF Listserv Page for information on announcing your event via the NCVF Listserv.

NCVF Women's Results

For event results to be posted on the NCVF website, official results must be submitted to the NCVF by the event. Results must be submitted via the NCVF account under the “Tournament Menu” link within 48 hours following the completion of the event.

Failure to submit results of events classified and posted on the NCVF website may, in the discretion of the NCVF, result in reduced or eliminated access to the posting services, disqualification of the event results, or other adverse actions. NCVF actions under this paragraph are not appealable. Results must be submitted to the NCVF to be considered for NCVF Polls, entry and seeding into the NCVF National Championship Tournament or other authorized NCVF purposes.

NOTE: If you do not see event results posted on the NCVF website, then the event and/or results have not been properly submitted to the NCVF.
