Registration: Tournament Registration will open in January. Full process and timeline can be found here.
Spectator Registration: Available for purchase in April 2024.
Team Check In: Wednesday, April 16th, 4:00-8:00pm (MST/PDT) at Phoenix Convention Center
Captains’ Meeting: Wednesday, April 16th, videos will be provided to teams.
SPECTATOR REGISTRATION ON SALE April 2025
There will be a registration fee for all spectators. Available April 1, 2025.
A single day registration is only good for the day that you purchase.
A three-day registration is good for all three days.

Team Travel Source - online housing
NEW FOR 2025!! Team Travel Source will contact teams directly starting in February to complete their housing reservations.
All team hotel reservations MUST be made through Team Travel Source reservation system in order to compete in the tournament. Go to the Hotel Info tab for more information. Teams that do not book through the Tournament Housing Service will not be eligible to participate.

request Practice Time
Practice time signups will be available approximately two weeks prior to the tournament.
Teams will be able to signup to request a practice time for the national tournament for Wednesday, April 16th. These are available on a first come, first served basis for a 45 minute time slot. Teams can sign up for only ONE time slot. Court assignments will be available when you arrive at the convention center.
Player enrollment Verification form
As a reminder, every team must have the “Player Enrollment Verification Form” completed by your registrar. This will be available on your registration account on www.vbreg.com. All players must meet the enrollment eligibility requirements. You and your registrar follow the instructions in the sample.
The Enrollment Verification Form will be completed by the registrar and submitted electronically AT LEAST TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO CHECK IN.

TOUrnament photography
ClubVolleyballPhotos.com will be the Official Photographer for the tournament. You can sign up online now to request action photos be taken during the event. Photos will be available afterwards for purchase as prints or digital images.
