2026 NCVF Beach Championships - Powered by p1440

UPDATE!!! After review and collaboration with p1440, the NCVF Beach Championships will now be held at Manhattan Beach Pier! The NCVF is grateful for the collaboration and ecstatic to feature the NCVF Beach Championships along the top juniors in the country at the historic Manhattan Beach Pier!!

Manhattan beach PIER, california

The Manhattan Beach Pier is approximately 928-foot and stretches from the end of Manhattan Beach Boulevard over the Pacific Ocean. It was built in 1920, and in 1995, it was listed as a State Historical Landmark as the oldest concrete Pier on the West Coast. The Pier's seafoam green handrails are considered a contributing feature of the Pier’s historical association along with the classic white lights in replicas of the original 1920s lampposts. The Pier also includes the Volleyball Walk of Fame, featuring plaques dedicated to past winners of the Manhattan Beach Open beach volleyball tournament.

Pre-TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

Format: Beach women’s and men’s doubles tournament. Two days of competition, including pool play and bracket play. All matches best of 3 (21, 21, 15).

Registration: Tournament Registration open on Volleyball Life.

  • Early Registration - $150/pair through October 1, 2026.

  • Registration - $200/pair through October 16, 2026.

  • Late Registration - $250/pair through November 1, 2026.

Housing: Housing is available (but not required) through Team Travel Source.

2026 NCVF Beach Championships - Booking Link

Eligibility: NCVF Governance Rules are applicable. Players do NOT have to play on the school’s beach (or indoor) club, they must simply be enrolled at least 3/4 full time at the same school. Beach-specific clarifications can be found here.

Uniforms: Uniforms are not required for the 2026 tournament.

Player enrollment Verification form

As a reminder, every team must have the Player Enrollment Verification Form completed by your registrar.  This will be distributed directly to registered teams in October. All players must meet the enrollment eligibility requirements. You and your registrar follow the instructions in the sample.

The Enrollment Verification Form will be completed by the registrar and submitted electronically.
