MINNEAPOLIS SELECTED TO HOST 2021 NCVF CHAMPIONSHIPS

The National Collegiate Volleyball Federation (NCVF) has selected Minneapolis to host its annual championship extravaganza on April 1-3, 2021. The three-day event featuring more than 6,500 student-athletes and 500 teams will take place at the Minneapolis Convention Center. Full Release.


2020 VIRTUAL NCVF VOLLEYBALL CHAMPIONSHIPS

Over the course of 2 weeks, we had almost 100,000 people cast 400,000 votes to determine our Virtual Champions. Congrats to those teams who took home the gold!

TOURNAMENT PROGRAM

 

Tournament Hotline - Team Travel Delays/Emergency Onsite Contact - READ BELOW BEFORE CALLING THIS NUMBER. Keep us posted on any travel problems that will cause delay to your mandatory team check (i.e. - weather problems delaying flights) by contacting us at Championship Emergency Tournament Hotline Number.

This phone number will not be activated until April 8, 2020.  Calls for any other reasons than those listed below will NOT be addressed on this phone.  The Emergency Hotline should only be used for the following reasons:

  • Teams to communicate any URGENT issues with team attendance at the tournament

  • Teams to communicate any travel delays and issues with arriving for team registration/captains meeting on Wednesday

  • An EMERGENCY number for parents or school administrators to reach participants for Emergencies Only!

SPECTATOR TICKETS ON SALE SOON

There will be an admission fee for all spectators.  Tickets are available online for purchase in advance or can be purchased at the door. Tickets on sale soon.

Single Day = $10 / day
Three Day Pass = $25

A single day ticket is only good for the day that you purchase.
A three-day pass is good for all three days.

Team Travel Source - online housing

Hotel Reservations Now Open.

All team hotel reservations MUST be made through Team Travel Source reservation system in order to compete in the tournament. Reservations will OPEN January 2  for teams to book your rooms for nationals.  Go to the Hotel Info tab for more information.  Teams that do not book through the Tournament Housing Service will not be eligible to participate.   <Make Hotel Reservation>

Parent Block - a block of KING rooms has been reserved for parents or family wishing to block rooms in the tournament block.   The following link can be used by parents wishing to utilize the parent block for the tournament. <Make Hotel Reservation>

request Practice Time

Teams will be able to signup to request a practice time for the national tournament for Wednesday, April 8.   These are available on a first come, first served basis for a 45 minute time slot. Teams can sign up for only ONE time slot. Court assignments will be available when you arrive at the convention center. Practice time requests will be available in March.

Player enrollment Verification form

As a reminder, every team must have the “Player Enrollment Verification Form” completed by your registrar.  This will be available on your registration account on www.vbreg.com.  You must bring this form with you to Kansas City and provide it at check-in for your team to be able to participate. All players must meet the enrollment eligibility requirements. You and your registrar follow the instructions in the sample.

Action & team phot0s

ClubVolleyballPhotos.com will be the Official Photographer for the event and will be on hand at the tournament to shoot both team and action photos. You can sign up online now to request photographers at your match by completing the online request form or stop by and signup at the photo booth in the convention center. For action photos, you will be able to request a photographer to shoot your matches and view/purchase prints or full CDs online following the tournament. For team photos, you will be able to setup a time to take a team shot on your schedule. Don't wait - Signup today to request a photographer to shoot your matches!
