As we approach the beginning of the 2023-2024 season, we have a few announcements and reminders!
Team Registration
All active teams from the 2022-2023 season are still active so contact information can be updated, tournaments can be posted, rosters can be updated, etc.
Independent Teams – All Independent Team VBReg accounts will be reset in early October. At that point, you will need to log in to your VBReg account and pay your Annual Membership Fee of $50 to activate your team(s).
NCVF Recognized League Teams – NCVF Recognized League Teams will be reset with the leagues in December (Note: If you are a league team that is required to register through VBReg directly, your account will also be reset with the independent teams in October). Now is the time to reach out to your league representatives, update your club information with them, and make sure you are in good standing with your league heading into the season!

Team Contact Information
Please make sure your primary team rep is updated in VBReg. We pull the list directly from the database before every email we send, so updating your primary team rep for each team is the only way to make sure the right people are getting all NCVF emails. If you are having trouble logging into your account, please email NCollins@ncvf.org (cc'ed).
NCVF Sponsors
The NCVF is thrilled to announce that REN Athletics and BSN Sports have renewed their sponsorships for the upcoming season! We are also excited to announce that All Volleyball has joined as an NCVF sponsor for the 2023-2024 season! These sponsors have all offered special discounts for NCVF-registered teams as well as additional support to the NCVF and the NCVF Recognized Leagues across the country and we are tremendously thankful for their support of collegiate club volleyball. Information on each sponsorship will be distributed directly to the team reps in the coming week.
Former Varsity Limitation – 2023 Test Rule regarding Community Colleges and Junior Colleges
Upon recommendation from the NCVF Advisory Council (league commissioners and independent team reps), the NCVF Board of Directors voted to implement a test rule for the 2023 NCVF Regular Season and 2023 NCVF Championships that will remove the limitation on Former Varsity Players from community college and junior college programs. Details can be found here.
Tournament Postings
Tournament postings have been updated on ncvf.org for the 2023-2024 season. All preseason and regular season tournaments can now be submitted through each team’s VBReg account and will be posted to ncvf.org upon review and approval.
NCVF Championships
The 2024 NCVF Championships will be held in Kansas City, MO on April 18-20, 2024. Registration for the tournament and housing will open in early January.
Compliance/Eligibility
Teams are expected to abide by the NCVF Governance Rules for all NCVF recognized competitions. All compliance questions should be directed to the Compliance Committee Chair – ntoth@ncvf.org.
