Tournament Entry Fees

  • $950/team

  • A credit card processing fee will be applied for teams paying online with credit card.

  • All teams must be registered with the NCVF - Teams that have completed team registration and paid the team registration fee online via the NCVF Team Registration system prior to registering for the national tournament.

Notes

  • Entry fees are non-refundable after the entry deadline has passed. (Except for teams on a wait list that do not gain entry into tournament).

  • NO ENTRY FEE, OR ANY PORTION OF SUCH FEE, will be refunded to a team that withdraws from the tournament AFTER the entry fee payment is received after the entry deadline has passed.

  • Teams need to ensure that they have completed all required registration items before the deadline passes. All deadlines are posted on the NCVF National Tournament website and are listed below. The tournament reaches capacity every year and teams will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis for entry registration complete date. Just because your entry is completed by the deadline does not necessarily mean you will be accepted into the tournament if we reach capacity ahead of the deadline so get you entry competed and paid ASAP.

 
TOURNAMENT DEADLINES

Open Registration - January 9 - February 20

Graduating Senior Exception Form - February 20 (late fees after this date)

Internship Exception Form - February 20 (late fees after this date)

General Appeal Form - February 20 (late fees after this date)

Entry Fee Payment - February 20

Hotel Deadline - February 20 (hotels must be booked through TTS prior to this date)

NOTE: Tournament may fill prior to February 20th, teams are accepted in the order that payment is received AND hotels are booked through TTS.

Last Day for Entry Fee Refund - February 20 (no refunds will be given after this date)

Last Day to ADD Players to Roster - February 20 (no players will be added to rosters after this date)

Jersey Number Changes

  • Free through February 20

  • $25 February 21 through April 14

  • $50 after April 14

Player Forms - Forms will be sent in March to school email for all rostered players

Enrollment Verification Form - Due electronically by April 3rd (available early March in VBReg)

Practice Time Sign Up - Will be sent out to team reps in April. All practices will be Wednesday April 17 in the afternoon and/or evening.

Team Check In - April 17th from 4:00-8:00pm at Kansas City Convention Center (team rep must be present to check in)

Captain Meeting - April 17 - Virtual videos will be sent to teams.
